Multiple projects engagements, including Move Management for multi-phase internal restack of 200 workstations and staff for 16,000 SF renovation project.

Royal Bank of Canada

Project 1 – Move management for internal restack of 300 staff & disposal of four semi-trailers worth of furniture.

Project 2 – Coordinated multiple branch closures, relocations, & decoms throughout BC, AB, Sask., & Man.

St. George's School

Move management for the complex Christmas-period relocation of a 100,000 SF private school supporting 120 staff and 800 students, including science classrooms, art departments, 120 offices, and a full library.

Canadian Revenue Agency

Managed three relocation projects totaling 40,000 SF, 300 workstations & staff across multiple sites. Working with SNC-Lavalin and the Government of Canada.

MEC Head Office

Managed the relocation of two facilities & 265 staff into a new 89,000 SF facility and surplus asset removal of 700 desks, 1,200 workstation panels, 400 chairs, and other furnishings, maximizing reuse through schools, charities, & businesses.

Joel Berman Glass Studios

Move Management for the multi-phase relocation of an 8,000 SF facility supporting 25 staff, design studio, production area, furniture, workstations, & fine art.

KODAK

Coordinated multiple training facility relocations across Canada and the USA, including a major Vancouver-to-Rochester, NY relocation involving three 52-foot semi-trailers of furniture and equipment.

Yellow Pages Canada

Move Management for the relocation of 555 staff contents & IT over two weekends, then provided 60,000 SF asset removal, decommissioning, & facility handover to property management.

SAP Canada

Move Management for a three-phase, 140,000 SF internal restacking project involving 1,200 staff. Engaged and coordinated vendors, managed deficiency resolution, and handled invoice reconciliation.
