Laboratory, Healthcare, Food/Pharma Projects
Laboratory, healthcare, and food/pharma projects require a high level of planning and coordination, particularly when dealing with sensitive equipment, regulated environments, and operations that cannot simply be shut down. We coordinate the specialized resources, technical requirements, and sequencing needed to protect assets, maintain safety, and support a successful transition. The following are elements we have needed to consider in past projects:

Specialized Equipment & Technical Coordination
- Detailed equipment inventories, including dimensions, weights, and service requirements
- OEM and manufacturer coordination for specialized equipment
- Equipment disconnects, reconnections, and recommissioning
- Specialized riggers and industrial movers for large or sensitive equipment
- Equipment disassembly, reassembly, and installation
- Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic service coordination
- Equipment calibration, testing, and operational verification
- Equipment anchoring, leveling, and vibration-control requirements
- Specialized transportation for high-value or sensitive equipment
- Customized crates, skids, and protective packaging
- Temperature-sensitive and environmentally controlled transportation
- Equipment preservation and protection during transition
Controlled Environments & Regulatory Compliance

Past Projects
Jason Shanks has delivered more than 80 complex relocation and transition projects across North America, overseeing the successful movement of over 2 million square feet of facility space and $400M+ in capital equipment.
His experience extends from B.C. to the Prairies, Ontario, and beyond, with projects completed in Victoria, Prince George, Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Ottawa.
He has also supported business transition projects in the United States, including San Jose, Irvine, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, and Rochester, and would welcome the opportunity to support U.S. projects again.
His experience and established network allow Creative Move Management to support complex transition projects wherever an organization needs us.
