About the Founder
A career built around change
I’ve spent more than two decades helping organizations navigate change.
Looking back, some of the most memorable moments of my career haven’t been the big announcements, the project completions, or even the successful move days. They’ve been the moments in between—the early mornings, the late nights, the unexpected problems, the decisions made under pressure, and the relationships built along the way.
My career has taken me through some remarkable organizations, including Creo Products, Kodak, and CBRE, and Turner & Townsend, each of which played an important role in shaping how I approach my work today. Each experience taught me something different—not just about facilities, logistics and project management, but about people, business, leadership and the responsibility that comes with being trusted to manage something important.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex relocations, consolidations, internal moves, restacking projects, asset removals and facility decommissioning programs across local, national and international environments. I’ve managed projects involving facilities of up to 140,000 square feet with more than 1,300 employees. Collectively, I’ve been responsible for more than 70 projects involving hundreds of millions of dollars in capital assets and millions of square feet of facility space.

Why relaunch Creative Move Management
I’ve always believed that change creates opportunity for growth. After years of learning, leading and evolving within the industry, I reached a point where I wanted to apply that experience in a different way. As such refocusing Creative Move Management to provide the level of service, experience and leadership that complex business transitions demand. to ensure that organizations do not have to manage the countless moving pieces of a complex transition while simultaneously trying to run their business.
CMM isn’t simply about moving things from one place to another. It’s about understanding the bigger picture.
It’s about planning. Coordinating. Problem-solving. Protecting business continuity. Managing vendors and people. Finding opportunities to reduce waste and recover value from surplus assets. And, when necessary, knowing how to bring a facility to a proper close and hand it back.
That’s the work I’ve spent my career learning to do
And after all these years, I still find it rewarding.
Because every project is different. Every organization is different. And every transition represents a new opportunity to take something complicated and make it manageable.
